Chocolate- All our chocolate sponges are made with quality chocolate for a rich and moist cake.
Chocolate orange – Chocolate orange sponge sandwiched with a homemade orange jelly and chocolate buttercream. 
Raspberry and white chocolate - Raspberry and vanilla sponge sandwiched with a white chocolate buttercream and fresh raspberries.
Chocolate and hazelnut – A light chocolate sponge sandwiched with chocolate hazelnut buttercream and chopped roasted hazelnuts.
Lime ginger and wasabi – A moist lime sponge cake infused with ginger and a touch of wasabi for a gentle earthy taste – Don’t worry it’s not spicy! 
Cookies and cream – A vanilla sponge with real cookie pieces sandwiched with chocolate buttercream.

Our pudding inspired range make beautiful drip or dessert cakes 
Please note fresh cream or marscapone fillings cannot be used for fondant cakes. If ordering a fondant cake, buttercream or Italian meringue buttercream will be used as an alternative. 

Lemon meringue pie – Zesty lemon sponge, sandwiched with homemade lemon curd , Italian meringue buttercream, topped with Italian Meringue and real meringue pieces. 
Apple crumble and custard – Vanilla sponge, sandwiched with custard buttercream, apple compote and crunchy crumble topping. 
Tiramisu – Coffee sponge, soaked with coffee liqueur, sandwiched with a mascarpone cream and dusted with cocoa.
Peach cobbler – Vanilla sponge, sandwiched with homemade fresh peach compote, custard buttercream and crunchy crumble topping.
Black forest gateaux – Rich chocolate sponge sandwiched with cherry compote and chocolate buttercream (fresh cream also in dessert/drip/cupcakes)
Banoffee pie – Banana sponge with fresh cream (vanilla buttercream for fondant cakes) and homemade toffee sauce.
After dinner mint – Mint chocolate sponge, sandwiched with mint chocolate buttercream (dessert cakes and cupcakes topped with after dinner mint chocolates. 
Pecan pie – A brown sugar sponge sandwiched with toffee sauce, crushed pecans and brown sugar Italian meringue buttercream. 
Strawberry cheesecake – A strawberry sponge sandwiched with a mascarpone cheesecake filling and a crumbly biscuit topping.
Sticky toffee pudding – A traditional sticky toffee sponge sandwiched with homemade toffee sauce and a toffee buttercream (dessert cakes and cupcakes also topped with fresh cream)
